As Mercy Corps' trusted communications partner, we strengthen its mission through clear content. We also support its international team with analytical reports, training resources, and conference materials that resonate with global audiences.

Strategic report development and design

We create short- and long-form reports that highlight Mercy Corps’ global impact. By simplifying complex data and stories into clear, easy-to-read formats, these reports help internal teams, donors, and stakeholders understand what’s working and why it matters.

A printed report titled "Overcoming the Fragility Barrier" features a woman in a patterned dress walking in a dry, rocky outdoor area carrying colorful containers and sacks. The report includes various charts, diagrams, and text discussing climate change and fragile states.

Cross-cultural training and video production

We produce staff training videos that are both informative and engaging—covering key topics like safeguarding and organizational protocols. With thoughtful scripting and design, the content is accessible, practical, and built to support global teams.

Our visual storytelling includes custom infographics and icon systems that turn data into clear, compelling narratives. These visuals help Mercy Corps show progress, share results, and demonstrate the value of their work in communities worldwide.

The newsletter features a smiling woman wearing a yellow headscarf and a smaller photo of another woman in a hijab. It highlights focus areas including economic empowerment, women and girls leadership, health education, educational opportunities, water and sanitation services, and disaster preparedness. There is a world map and a quote section at the bottom.

Each piece is designed to connect across cultures and languages—helping Mercy Corps share their mission with a wide range of audiences.

We also create targeted video reels and conference materials, including presentation visuals and branded banners.

Brand extension and messaging strategy

Our brand strategy work ensures consistent messaging across programs while adapting to local context. We lead stakeholder interviews, audience research, and messaging workshops to guide both global alignment and regional relevance.
